YIN YOGA - 60min

Grounded in the Winds of Change

“Although change is inevitable in our lives, there's something unsettling when the world around you is shifting and seemingly out of control. Yet when you pause and slow down, your Yoga practice has a divine way of grounding you, settling anxiety and calming your nerves so you remain grounded as the world around you shifts and changes.

In this class you’ll harness the breath and explore slow gentle movement and long, relaxing postures, which will leave you feeling grounded and balanced.”

YIN YOGA MASTERCLASS - 75min

AUTUMN EQUINOX

"During the Autumn Equinox we experience a turning point of the seasons. As the world shifts and changes around us, so too can our inner state. Equinox allows us to pause, slow down, and reflect as we shed the deadwood and make space to smoothly transition through the seasons of our own lives."

Yoga for Abundance

“Explore heart opening postures to open the body and re-connect to the endless fountain of beauty that exists within us all. We evoke the Goddess of Abundance, Prosperity and Wealth - Lakshmi. In the times that we're not feeling like our most radiant self, we can invoke her energy and refill our energetic cup.

Detoxify and Clear Your Mind

“Consider this class a Spring clean of your energetic system! In this class, we’ll dive deep into the internal realms. By noticing what thoughts and feelings are present in your emotional landscape, you can allow old baggage to be dispelled, creating space both mentally and energetically.”

KIDNEY TAPPING

In TCM the Kidneys are the "root of life" - our foundational energy that all else depends on. Tapping the kidneys stimulates the flow of Qi, increases blood flow and helps us activate nerve endings in the nervous system related to fertility and growth.

KIDNEY QI Stimulation

A calming and grounding practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine to stimulate Kidney energy. Beautiful practice when you're feeling tired or run down, particularly in Winter, but can be practiced at any time.

REBOUNDING

A grounding, refreshing and gently energising Qi Gong exercise to reduce stagnation and bring vitality into your body.
