YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

Sarah has taken a break from teaching Yoga in public group classes. She is currently focusing on tailored retreats, women’s life coaching, and delivering trauma-informed Somatic Yoga classes at a private mental health hospital.

Whilst her heart and Soul lies with teaching Yoga and Yogic philosophy, Sarah’s personal strength training includes Pilates Reformer, which she has added to her weekly public classes.

Find her at the times below for slow moving, mindful movement transferred into resistance training and body conditioning.

Somatic therapy works with your body, rather than against it. This face-to-face healing session combines restorative Yoga, gentle breath work, and guided visualisation with the frequencies of crystal bowls and mantra to guide your body into deep relaxation. Release fears & tension, and restore energetic balance from within.


1:1 Yoga & MEDITATION

Breath centred Hatha or Yin Yoga, tailored for your personal requirements and experience. Online session, designed for those wanting a slow, supportive practice that builds strength, flexibility, and inner balance—without the pressure of a fast-paced class.

Sarah’s lifelong connection with movement and dance has evolved through discovering many different layers of Yoga, to become a journey of self development and healing.

Drawing influence from a variety of schools of yoga - Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, and Prana Vinyasa - Sarah’s deep respect for Yogic traditions is woven with strong yet balanced sequencing, and a light hearted, nurturing approach.

Through an embodied and intuitive teaching style, Sarah inspires her students to move fluidly and mindfully, to breathe slowly, and laugh when they can!
